Ellen was Senior Producer at Watford Palace Theatre for six years. She has worked as a freelance producer on small and mid-scale productions, site-specific and touring shows, and live events, and has programmed for venues and spaces for audiences of 50 - 10,000.

Strategy & consulting

For consultation work, each client’s needs will be different. Whether working with internal stakeholders such as trustees and leadership teams, or external partners such as communities, co-producers and other businesses, Ellen can support on business planning, recommendations to increase income, improving company culture, or maximising efficiency of systems.

Ellen has managed programmes and teams in multiple settings, including a 90 seat studio, 600 seat theatre, large scale outdoor arts spectacles, festivals, cafes, and museums.
